Terms of Service

GENERAL
⟢ Commissions are for Personal Use only, such as profile pictures, banners, posting on socials (MUST be credited to me via tag or mention), or printing for yourself, but may NOT be used for profit.
⟢AI/NFT use is strictly prohhibited, my work may not be used in ANY sort of AI, such as datasets, engines, or minted as NFTs.
⟢ You may NOT remove signatures/watermarks or claim the artwork as your own or fail to credit me.

PAYMENTS
All payments will be made through VGen.
⟢ All payment is taken upfront. A small fee of $5 applies if you request that I do not post your commision publically or use it as part of my portfolio.

REVISIONS
⟢ I will send you a sketch of your commission and then a colored sketch. Only during these two phases can you ask for changes up to 2 minor revisions. After the colored sketch is approved, then there are NO more changes.
DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
⟢ Commisions may take up to 3 months depending on complexity, queue, school, or personal matters.
⟢ If you wish to have a rushed deadline (within 10 days), the fee will be +70%. I will prioritize your order over other pre-existing orders.

USE
⟢ Feel free to use a finished commission to add to your toyhou.se's or social medias. Always credit me, [@ghostikles]
⟢ You are not allowed to change, modify, edit, copy, or trace any of my artwork without my explicit permission.
⟢ Under no circumstances may you use my artwork for NFT's, AI filters, or AI training.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
⟢ I have full rights over my artwork.
⟢ You are only purchasing digital goods. None of the items will be delivered physically.
⟢ My commissions are not for commercial use. You are not allowed to profit from my work.
⟢ You may print a commission made for you under the condition of being ONLY for personal use.

REFUNDS
⟢ There are NO refunds unless I have cancelled your order or cannot complete your commission for any reason.
⟢ You may not cancel your commission after payment.

⟢ I will always communicate progress, unless a skeb is asked for!
